I bring a wealth of both clinical expertise and personal experience that deeply informs my work as a therapist. As a Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapist through EMDRIA, I integrate strong clinical skill and evidence-based practices with intuitive, empathic presence. My approach is collaborative and deeply relational. My goal is to create a space where your story is honored, where you feel truly seen, heard, and attuned to, and where your natural capacity for healing can unfold.

Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen and remembered, and that consistent presence becomes its own kind of medicine. I strive to create a space where even the most painful parts of your experience can be explored with dignity, curiosity, and care. I value authentic connection and bring warmth, clarity, and compassion to every session.

I’ve been described as a kind of emotional alchemist: someone who can walk alongside you in trauma, shame, and grief, and not just understand pain, but metabolize it and turn it into medicine.

I specialize in working with individuals who are highly self-aware yet still feel stuck.

Many of my clients have been in therapy before, and may have found it helpful, but notice that their patterns and triggers continue to persist. My clients look like they have it all together on the outside, but inside feel weighed down by anxiety, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, or the pressure to please everyone else.

My clients are often accomplished and driven, yet they struggle to feel the same confidence internally that they project externally. Often, they don’t realize how much these struggles are connected to earlier experiences of emotional neglect or relational trauma, subtle wounds that taught them to overperform, people-please, and silence their own needs.

In therapy, we gently explore these hidden layers, making space for healing and self-discovery. My goal is to help you move beyond survival strategies into a life marked by peace, authenticity, and self-worth.

If you’re seeking to go beyond traditional talk therapy and engage in deeper, more transformative work, you’ll find that with me.

Therapy, in my view, isn’t a formula, it’s a relationship.

I often think of trauma therapy through the lens of the legend of the two wolves.

The story tells us there is an ongoing battle within each of us between two wolves, often described as good and evil, though I like to think of it as pain and hope. According to the legend, the wolf that wins is the one we feed.

Through a trauma-informed lens, one wolf can represent fear and suffering, the voice that tells us we are broken or permanently damaged. The other represents resilience and healing, the often quieter voice that reminds us change is possible.

Trauma convinces us we are alone with the darker wolf. Therapy gently challenges that belief, helping us nourish the parts of you that long for safety, light, and wholeness.

Trauma is not only what happened, but what happened while you were alone with it. Trauma wounds us in isolation; healing begins in connection. Healing begins when those moments are finally met with presence and care.  Together, we will walk the dark corners of your story, turning wounds into wisdom and creating a space for hope, clarity, and renewal.

Healing is remembering you can choose which wolf to feed.

Therapy with me isn’t about "fixing" you, because you're not broken. It’s about building a real, respectful partnership where your story is honored, your complexity is welcomed, and your healing unfolds at your own pace.

Healing is the balance of shadow and light within. Wholeness comes when we embrace both wolves, both halves, both sides of the story. Trauma divides us from ourselves; healing is the work of integration, where every part finds its place. Together, we’ll bring compassion to the dark places, restoring the balance that trauma once disrupted.
