Drawing of a black wolf and a gray wolf facing each other inside a circle with gold cracks in the background.

Healing is remembering you can choose which wolf to feed.

The Two Wolves live within us all. Fear and pain on one side, resilience and healing on the other. Trauma convinces us we are alone with the darker wolf, but therapy reminds us otherwise. I’ll walk beside you, helping you nourish the parts of you that long for light and wholeness.

Together we’ll walk the dark corners of your story, but this time you won’t be alone. Trauma wounds us in isolation; healing begins in connection. I’ll be right beside you as we face it together.

What makes trauma overwhelming is that it was experienced alone. Healing begins when those moments are finally met with presence and care.

You no longer have to carry the heaviness of these moments in isolation.

If you’re ready, together, we can turn wounds into wisdom and create space for hope, clarity, and renewal.

I specialize in working with individuals who are highly self-aware yet still feel stuck.

Many of my clients have been in therapy before, and may have found it helpful, but notice that their patterns and triggers continue to persist. My clients look like they have it all together on the outside, but inside feel weighed down by anxiety, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, or the pressure to please everyone else.

My clients are often accomplished and driven, yet they struggle to feel the same confidence internally that they project externally. Often, they don’t realize how much these struggles are connected to earlier experiences of emotional neglect or relational trauma, subtle wounds that taught them to overperform, people-please, and silence their own needs.

In therapy, we gently explore these hidden layers, making space for healing and self-discovery. My goal is to help you move beyond survival strategies into a life marked by peace, authenticity, and self-worth. I am trained in EMDR therapy and work from an attachment framework and parts work perspective (Internal Family Systems/IFS).

If you’re seeking to go beyond traditional talk therapy and engage in deeper, more transformative work, you’ll find that with me.

Therapist, social worker, wife, & mom of two

I bring a wealth of both clinical expertise and personal experience that deeply informs my work as a therapist. As an EMDR-certified clinician, I integrate strong clinical skill with intuitive, empathic presence. My goal is to create a space where your story is honored, where you feel truly seen, heard, and attuned to, and where your natural capacity for healing can unfold.

My approach is collaborative and deeply relational. I ask hard questions gently, offer clear reflections, and always respect your timing. Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen and remembered, and that consistent presence becomes its own kind of medicine. I stay in it with you, fully engaged, honest, and grounded. I strive to create a space where even the most painful parts of your experience can be explored with dignity, curiosity, and care.

My approach weaves evidence-based practices, such as EMDR and parts work through an Internal Family Systems lens with genuine intuitive insight. Clients often describe feeling deeply understood, supported, and empowered in our work together. I value authentic connection and bring warmth, clarity, and compassion to every session.

I am not afraid to enter the emotional trenches that others may shy away from. I’ve been described as a kind of psychological alchemist: someone who can walk alongside you in trauma, shame, and grief, and not just understand pain, but metabolize it and turn it into medicine.

I'm not a distant expert, I show up as a real person, and I hold space for your full humanity too. If you're ready to go deeper, to stay with the hard things, and to be met with dignity every step of the way, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Where It All Began

I was a therapist before I ever became a therapist, within my own family. I was the peacemaker, often noticing the unsaid tension before anyone spoke. I noticed the subtle emotional changes within my own caregivers’ and the relational imbalances, even when everything looked picture-perfect. My mother noticed my emotional attunement at a young age, and my grandmother spoke of my unique gifts.

Before pursuing my Master of Social Work and becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), and many people in my life have described me as a natural healer. My story includes fighting a life-threatening battle with cancer in my early twenties. After facing my own mortality, I have a new lease on life and know that tomorrow is never promised.

I earned my master’s in social work from the University at Buffalo in NY. Over the years, my work has led me into many corners of the human experience, supporting incarcerated individuals, walking alongside survivors of sexual abuse, providing medical social work and case management, and providing therapy for clients in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings.

These experiences have shown me that every story is layered, every journey uniquely complex, and within each person lies a resilience waiting to be uncovered. As a therapist, I bring this perspective into my practice, offering a space of safety and compassion where healing can unfold and growth can take root, much like light finding its way through even the deepest fractures.

Individual Therapy for Adults

I work from an attachment framework, and I weave in parts work, through both Ego States and Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed techniques. These tools help us process trauma, navigate emotional blocks, and move toward lasting change.

Therapy, in my view, isn’t a formula, it’s a relationship.

Therapy with me isn’t about "fixing" you, because you're not broken. It’s about building a real, respectful partnership where your story is honored, your complexity is welcomed, and your healing unfolds at your own pace.

Healing is the balance of shadow and light within. Wholeness comes when we embrace both wolves, both halves, both sides of the story. Trauma divides us from ourselves; healing is the work of integration, where every part finds its place. Together, we’ll bring compassion to the dark places, restoring the balance that trauma once disrupted.
